HI FRIENDS. Oops, sorry for the all caps, I’m just pretty excited today. Gav and I have a secret we’ve been keeping from you for a few months now that we’re so excited to share…!

We’ve launched a SECOND blog ! I know, for a second there you thought I might’ve meant something else, right?! I’m SO excited to share that we’ve started a NEW and second blog – Low Carb Vegan Recipes !
I want to give you a short back story and answer any questions I foresee you might be asking!
FIRSTLY: Jessica in the Kitchen will stay EXACTLY the same. We’re not getting rid of it or changing anything up. What we’re doing instead is adding a site filled with recipes that you guys have been asking for over and over, so that you have your own (still free of course) resource to get all things low carb, alongside all your usually healthy and delicious recipes on JITK.
LOW CARB VEGAN RECIPES
One day in December we got to thinking – why don’t we make an entirely low carb website?! It’s clearly a topic you guys are heavily interested in! So make we did!

What will be onlowcarbveganrecipes.com
LCVR will be a resource for all those vegan & low carb. It’ll be filled with:
- low carb vegan recipes (literally, ha)
- weekly meal plans
- “what I eat in a day” posts
- guides on our favourite low carb vegan snacks or products
- and will have its own Facebook group too! Be sure you sign up for LCVR’s newsletter too!
- For the first two months, we will be unloading recipes every weekday, then about twice a week after that.
Why create a separate site?
I didn’t want to turn JITK on its heels and make it an all low carb site. Currently, I’m eating low carb half the week and eating “regularly” the other half, so if you’re like me, both sites will serve you perfectly. I’ll still post low carb recipes on JITK when I make them; and I’ll only post low carb recipes on LCVR. I want to ensure I’m always serving YOU guys in the best way possible.
Is Low Carb Vegan Recipes (LCVR) right for me?
Your carb intake/requirement is totally up to you and your doctor but let me tell you – it’ll only be absolutely delicious and well-tested recipes. Maybe you just want a lower-carb version of your favourite recipe. Maybe you’re embarking on a low carb diet. Or maybe you just love delicious food & free recipes. Maybe you want free weekly meal plans :). If any of these sounds like you, then it might be right for you! You won’t know until you click over and check it out! 😀

Any questions?
So what are ya waiting for? Go check out Low Carb Vegan Recipes ! If you have any suggestions or asks for this new site, let me know! Thank you for all your love and support as ALWAYS!
Lots of love,
Jessica
